今年も残すところ３週間をきりました(*´Ω｀*)
光陰矢のごとし・・・１年があっという間なのは言うまでもありません(・へ・)
今日はこの時期おいしい【セリ鍋】のご紹介です☆
「セリ」ってご存知ですか？？
春の７草にも数えられるセリ科の葉っぱです。
みつばみたいな味がするのですが、実はこのセリ、宮城の名産品なんです！！

石巻や名取などで栽培されているようですが
このセリは根っこから丸ごといただくのがオツなところなんですね～♪
（写真の手前側に見えるのが根っこの部分です）
地域によってお鍋の具材は違うと思いますが、先日食べたのは
鶏肉とセリのみのシンプルで、上品なお鍋でした～
もちろん うまし！です(^-^*)
今の季節は、コンビニでもセリ鍋が売られているほどメジャーなのです。
宮城で採れたものを、宮城の地元民がいただく☆
これぞ地産地消です
