寒さと雪がキライなわたくしリョウは、毎年冬はナニをして遊ぼうか・・・

やはり冬はラーメンとお鍋です☆
お鍋の話は先週させていただいたので、今日はラーメンの中でおすすめの
『鯛だしラーメン』についてのお話です。
その名のとおり「鯛」でだしをとった黄金色の澄んだスープが特徴です☆
もちろんあっさり系ではあるのですが、お魚ならではのコクもしっかり存在します。
仙台でも鯛だしラーメンをうたっているお店は数店舗あるのですが
鯛だしのデビューは、青葉区折立にある「薫寿」（ことぶき）さんにさせていただきました。
福島に本店があるようなのですが、その味を仙台でも！ということで

48号線沿いなので、ご存知の方も多いかと思います。
お味は言うまでも無く・・・大変おいしゅうございました♪
わたくしとしてはアオサ（海苔）と丸いお麩が鯛だしにマッチしていて・・・
このスープを40度くらいにして全身浸かってみたい・・・
そう思わせる とても上品かつ計算されたお味でした☆
わたくしの鯛だしラーメンデビューは☆白星☆となりました
これで数週間、寒さは乗り切れそうです！笑
これからも白星をあげられるように頑張りたいと思います☆
