忙しいという時期ですね～(^-^*)
ちらほらインフルエンザが流行してきていますので、
手洗い、換気・そして加湿して乗り切りましょう☆
今日のお話は、風邪の予防として注目されている【乾布摩擦】についてです。
「乾布摩擦」とは文字通り、乾いた布・タオルなどでお肌を摩擦する、
という昔からある健康法です☆
実際わたくしはやったことが無いのですが、なにやらとてもイイらしいです
まずはやり方ですが、初心者は部屋の中で、Tシャツなどの上から擦ると良いそうです。
ベテランさんは外の寒いところで素肌でやるようなのですが・・・ヽ(; ﾟдﾟ)ﾉ
効果としては自律神経のバランスを整えたり、ナチュラルキラー細胞を増やしたりすることで
風邪や喘息をおこしにくい身体になるようです。
また、体温調節機能がUPして寒さに強くなるとも言われています。
女性に嬉しい効果としては、摩擦によって血流がよくなってリラックス・安眠ができたり
ダイエット効果もあるそうです。
「冷えは万病の元」と昔から言われますが、
冷えは血流が悪くなっていることが原因ですので、血の巡りを良くしてあげることは大事なことですね♪
お肌がデリケートな方は、綿だけでなく、絹の布などがイイそうです
